Mobile One Tier 1 is a complete platform for year-round activity and team management. It provides group leaders and coaches with an all-in-one app featuring essential tools like Snap! Any potential changes will be discussed during your renewal meeting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>Login and Solution Usage<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<strong><\/p>\n<li>Where do I log in?<\/strong><br \/>\nYour login process remains the same. Simply use your existing URL or bookmark to access your account.<\/li>\n<p><strong><\/p>\n<li>What happens on launch day (April 1)?<\/strong><br \/>\nNo action is needed on your part. You will continue using your existing bookmarks and URLs to access your current product.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Will this change how I use my current products?<\/strong><br \/>\nNo, your workflow remains unchanged. Your bookmarks and URLs will still direct you to your solution page. Mobile One is designed to save time by consolidating everything under one login, eliminating the need to manage multiple apps.<\/li>\n<li><strong>How do I activate my Tier 1 tools that haven\u2019t been set up yet?<\/strong><br \/>\nVisit the homepage and click on &#8220;Get Started&#8221; below the solutions you want to activate and click \u201cRequest Setup.\u201d Your Snap! Rep  will reach out to assist you with activations. <\/li>\n<li><strong>How can I request solutions that aren&#8217;t a part of Tier 1?<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you want access to solutions outside of Tier 1, click on the icon, then select \u201cRequest Upgrade.\u201d A Snap! representative will assist you in upgrading your Tier and activating new tools.<\/li>\n<li><strong>What\u2019s changing with the branding and tool names?<\/strong><br \/>\nYou\u2019ll notice a fresh new Snap! Mobile One logo throughout the product reflecting our updated look. We\u2019ve also simplified tool names for easier navigation: Raise, Store, Messaging.<\/li>\n<hr>\n<p>Snap!
